An appointed Project Manager - (Daily Point of Contact to Client)
The manager coordinates with the Client prospective targets and goals - dovetailing into existing marketing plans and project strategies. We working closely with all our all clients ensuring timely feedback and content positioning.
Such ranges from; placing Press Releases, Scheduling Interviews/Features, coordinating Sweepstakes, etc.,.
The network of web sites we deal with on a regular basis are 'members' of our Asset Manager a special site that features all the current available content for each project in one space.
We visit sites daily to check for placement of content, clients are sent updates via email together with screen shots when anything is placed, (also sent to provided distribution lists).
Clients also receive Weekly Reports that detail all activity on an ongoing basis.
We have strong relationships with a wide and far reaching network of web sites. This ranges from major portals to well managed independent ones. We constantly review, update and add to our network.
